Comment:

 RJT no longer maintains gramps.

 gramps was updated to 3.2.0. Is libsoup still necessary? I grepped the
 gramps source code for "soup" and the only occurrence was in a message in
 a comment, so I don't see how it could be using libsoup, though I may not
 be understanding what's going on.
