 You have netcdf-4 disabled version of netcdf-devel. netcdf-devel should be
 netcdf-4 enabled by default. I would like to look the results of the two
 commands:
 {{{
 port installed netcdf-devel
 }}}
 and
 {{{
 /opt/local/lib/netcdf-devel/bin/nc-config --has-nc4
 }}}
