 smake 1.2.1 is available; the port should probably be updated.

 The attached patch updates smake to 1.2.1, fixes the livecheck, and
 removes an unnecessary pre-destroot block (the install target is declared
 as .PHONY in the Makefile so it no longer conflicts with the INSTALL file
 on case-insensitive filesystems).
