 Ok, I remembered I had ccache enabled by default  which in the past has
 caused me some problems building a few ports. I disabled it and built
 gccmakedep anew which seems to be working fine now (have no idea why).
 However, I still can't build tightVNC. Please see the new attached
 buildlog. Thanks.
