 What do you get in the INSTALL_LOG file? Besides, the CPU clock detection
 result is obviously wrong by 3 orders, if I read your output correctly
 (2,5 MHz instead of GHz). Apparently, ATLAS has not yet been tuned for
 Arrandale CPUs…
