 Unfortunately, GtkLauncher is built but not installed, so you'll have to
 {{{
 sudo port build -n -f -d webkit-gtk +quartz
 }}}

 and run it from command-line
 {{{
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/SOMETHING_webkit-
 gtk/work/webkit-1.2.0/Programs/GtkLauncher
 }}}
