 That's what I have as well. But MacVim's $VIM/gvimrc changes them which I
 don't want. Well I found the '''macvim_skip_cmd_opt_movement''' option now
 and it seems to work as expected - so all that is left is better
 documentation so we hard-core-vim-ers find
 '''macvim_skip_cmd_opt_movement''' quicker.
