Comment:

 Yes, I had some trouble compiling it too. It uses types ulong, uint and
 ushort, which are apparently standard on Linux (?) but not on Mac OS X. I
 patched it to add those definitions and it compiles for me now on Snow
 Leopard. Committed the port in r67694.
