#24916: db46 fails to build on osx 10.6.3

 when building packages like php5 or subversion instillation fails on db46.

 it grabs the last link for the port at:

 http://lil.fr.distfiles.macports.org/db4/4.6.21_6/

 then installs the patches.  during the build it causes what appears to be
 java errors.  I have the newest osx java patch (1.6 i believe).  I have
 cleaned the db46 ( port clean db46) before installing with no success.

 I have also made sure that my /usr/local/ directory is removed from the
 drive before installing.
