 From a fresh install of MacPorts 1.8.2 and Xcode 3.2.2 on Snow Leopard
 Server 10.6.3

 When I run this command:

  /opt/local/bin/port -d install php52

 I get this error

 Undefined symbols:
   "_zif_setlocale", referenced from:
       _basic_functions in basic_functions.o


 I have attached the full debug of my session.
