 Thanks, committed in r67910 with some changes:

  * marked as noarch and nonuniversal
  * used configure phase variables instead of overriding the configure
 phase
  * removed gzipping of manpages since MacPorts does this automatically
  * install non-executable files without the executable bit
  * some whitespace and formatting changes
