 New utility for managing threads - thread_create.h.

 Add socket pipe utility - spipe.h. The socket pipe has same purpose as
 Unix pipe . Unfortunately Windows pipes do not work on select/poll - but
 YAZ' implementation do.

 zoomsh: show record do NOT render opac.
