Comment:

 Your output shows that rlwrap is in fact being installed automatically
 when you ask to install clojure +rlwrap. It also shows that readline is
 installed at the point where the failure occurs (`Found Dependency:
 receipt exists for readline`), but rlwrap's configure script can't find it
 for some reason. The config.log for rlwrap would have more information.
