 The latest version of Date::Calc on CPAN is version 6.3, released
 2009-10-31.

 I'm attaching two patches to this ticket: one to change the portfile's
 whitespace only, the second to make the real changes to the portfile.
 These changes include: (1) updating to version 6.3, (2) volunteering
 myself as maintainer, and (3) noting that the license terms are Perl's
 license terms ("Artistic/GPL").
