 2nd issue is a real error:

 kmymoney(21233)/kdeui (KIconLoader)
 KSharedDataCache::Private::mapSharedMemory: Failed to establish shared
 memory mapping, will fallback to private memory -- memory usage will
 increase
 kmymoney(21233)/kdeui (KIconLoader): Error: standard icon theme "oxygen"
 not found!
 }}}
 kmymoney4 somehow manages to run without the theme anyway, but it looks
 odd in some places... :(

 The theme is actually present:

 ...
 }}}
 I guess this is just a configure issue. Will look into it...
