Comment:

 So is this a request to take over the devel port? There are a few other
 issues with the patch:

  * The port name shouldn't change, as it should match the directory.
  * The version need to remain formatted such that `port` can make version
 comparisons. If it's version 24 from the bazaar, I recommend leaving it as
 24.
  * I'm not familiar with bzr, so does this patch yield a reproducible
 checkout? (Meaning that the checkout version is locked in by the
 Portfile.)
