 Well we have no evidence that it is in fact the same problem without
 seeing the original reporter's debug output, but OK, we can deal with both
 here. The config.log in the base directory will have the exact reason why
 configure decided it couldn't continue, but it looks like you're missing
 some OS and/or Xcode components.
