Comment:

 Best solution is to wait until a final version is out, then update the
 port to that version.

 If we cannot wait for that, then create a -devel port for the beta
 version.

 All the other ports for psycopg should be reviewed at the same time:

  * py-psycopg
  * py-psycopg2
  * py25-psycopg2
  * py26-psycopg2
  * py27-psycopg2
