 Attempting to load the directory http://download.oracle.com/berkeley-
 db/patches/db/4.6.21 gives a 404 for me, but the actual files such as
 http://download.oracle.com/berkeley-db/patches/db/4.6.21/patch.4.6.21.1
 load OK. Does the
 [http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/berkeleydb/patch-098875.html
 patch download page] link to that URL for you?  Can you download the
 patches from there?
