 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port install liblastfm [options]

 just to make sure you have the changes in place and are using them?  If
 that doesn't work, then please post the results of:
 {{{
 uname -a
 port version
 port installed qt4-mac
 }}}
 and I'll create YA work-around.
