 id3v2 should be updated to version 0.1.12. The attached patch does the
 following:

  * update to 0.1.12
  * indicate license
  * remove patch which has been incorporated upstream
  * add support for universal and non-default-build_arch builds
  * rework how the build and destroot phases work
  * fix livecheck

 If you have no objections, let me know and I will be happy to commit these
 changes.
