 The only differences with my ports are that tiff and zlib have the
 +universal variant

 port installed qt4-mac libusb-compat libpng tiff zlib

 The following ports are currently installed:
   libpng @1.2.44_0 (active)
   libusb-compat @0.1.3_0 (active)
   qt4-mac @4.7.1_0+quartz (active)
   tiff @3.9.4_0
   tiff @3.9.4_0+universal (active)
   zlib @1.2.5_0
   zlib @1.2.5_0+universal (active)
 }}}

 Try uninstall both of your qt4-mac ports first before calling clean. If
 that still gives an error, give us the relevant part of the log file. Just
 the section from the first error listed until the end of the file.
