 Now it works for me too.

 I changed some settings in macports.conf

 {{{
 # MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET
 universal_target        10.5 -> universal_target        10.6

 # the SDK "sysroot" to use
 universal_sysroot       /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk ->
 universal_sysroot     /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk

 # machine architectures
 universal_archs         ppc i386 -> universal_archs             i386
 x86_64
 }}}

 and compile cppunit again.
