 Can't reproduce.

 I do note that your libtool and g++ commands are different than what my
 system is setting, I've got an additional `-I./gtest/include` and
 `-pipe`. I doubt the `-pipe` matters, but `-I./gtest/include` strikes me
 as important.

 Think you could clean and get me a complete build log?
