 Attaching a 'svn diff' from dports/deve/cmake .

 * Adding in a patchfile for FindQt4.cmake, that limits the search scope
 for Qt to that found via "qmake --query" variables.  This change should
 fix a number of "cannot find Qt" related tickets.

 * More CMake-oriented way of specifying the use of MacPorts' NCurses.

 * Rev bump for changes to take effect.
