 The latest CPAN release of the Text-Tabs+Wrap package was made on
 2009-03-05.

 I'm attaching patches to the p5-text-tabsxwrap portfile to bring it up to
 date and to incorporate various other changes. The most important are: (1)
 Adding license info ("OSI-Approved" because I could not find a more
 specific license that characterizes the author's terms; I've included his
 wording in the portfile); (2) modifying livecheck.regex in place to allow
 it to work with the '+' sign in the name; and (3) volunteering myself as
 maintainer.
