 I remember now: activation failed some time before and MacPorts updated
 the glib2 package once or twice:

 Error: port activate failed: Image error: /opt/local/share/gtk-
 doc/html/gio/gsettings.html already exists and does not belong to a
 registered port.  Unable to activate port glib2. Use 'port -f activate
 glib2' to force the activation.
