 Works fine for me. The link above, to
 https://trac.macports.org/attachment/ticket/26016/uniconvertor.tgz leads
 to a download HTML page where you can click the link to
 https://trac.macports.org/raw-attachment/ticket/26016/uniconvertor.tgz.
 That last link downloads the zipped tar file, as expected.
