 This will take a while to get updated; they've changed the boost build
 system '''yet again''', so I'll need to go over it carefully to get it to
 build.

 One major change is now you '''must''' use the `bjam` builder that comes
 with boost as the `boost-bjam`port can no longer build boost. Grr.

 It might be simpler than I think, but I wouldn't count on it. :-(
