 midori 0.2.9 doesn't build on OSX 10.4.11 PPC.

 configure fails checking for libm, then there is a linker error when it
 waf tries to build it static.

 attached is a fix for these 2 issues, allowing me to build and run
 midori at 0.2.9+no_x11
