Comment:

 Updated unrtf in r73840. I also added a dependency on the libiconv port,
 since your patch adds the `-liconv` flag. Also removed `--mandir`
 configure arg which seems no longer to be necessary. I removed the md5
 checksum which I consider to be obsolete.
