Comment:

 The portfile has been updated to 1.4.28 in r73869. More importantly, the
 recommended event-handler for Mac OS X has been changed from "freebsd-
 kqueue" to "libev". Make sure your lighttpd.conf says:
 {{{
 server.event-handler = "libev"
 }}}
 Since making this change on my system 6 weeks ago, I haven't seen lighttpd
 crashing anymore.
