Comment:

 Committed in r73885. Note that I personally cannot get the python/openmpi
 variants to build together due to ^%$#^%#%$#%^ bjam, but I disabled the
 conflict for your benfit. The debugging variant must be specifically
 enabled, so your milage may vary.
