 You should remove /usr/local/bin, /usr/local/sbin, and the second
 occurrence of /usr/local/bin from your PATH, and remove anything in
 /usr/local; having things in /usr/local causes problems for MacPorts.

 Could you attach this file? It should let us know what went wrong. It will
 be in the directory
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_security_policykit/work/polkit-0.96.
