 No reason occurs to me for this problem to be happening. Does the file
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/python/py27-hgsvn/files/ez_setup.py
 in fact exist? It should. Please try "sudo port selfupdate" and "sudo port
 clean py27-hgsvn" and then try "sudo port install py27-hgsvn" again. If it
 fails again, please attach the entire main.log file.
