 The h5py dependency adds hdf5 file format support.
 The matplotlib dependency provides high quality output capabilities.
 The pyopengl dependency allows for 3D visualization to the program.

 PyMca detects the presence of these modules at runtime and it will use
 them if available.

 Please also consider the new Portfile. The previous one included h5py as a
 forced dependency and as a variant.
