 graphviz @2.26.3_1+java+macosx+perl+php+python26+r+rsvg+tcl to be precise
 ☺, but it’s +r that it fails on. It fails during the build phase trying to
 find Rconfig.h (log attached):

 It looks like the R includes are not being set up correctly. Out of the
 box it sets R_CFLAGS to “-I/opt/local/lib/R/include”, but Rconfig.h is in
 /opt/local/lib/R/include/x86_64. I manually ./configured with R_CFLAGS set
 to  “-I/opt/local/lib/R/include -I/opt/local/lib/R/include/x86_64” and it
 appears to build correctly.
