 The str library is an ocaml library and is already included via
 "str.cmxa".
 In Makefile.in for bibtex2html changing
  STRLIB = -cclib -lstr
 to
  STRLIB =
 allows bibtex2html to build.
 I'm not sure why STRLIB is defined like this?
