 This portfile updates the maven portfile (this is maven 1 not maven2 or
 maven3). The final version in the maven 1.x line was 1.1. This port file
 changes the port name from "maven" to maven1" to make it consistent with
 the other maven ports. This will also allow for a maven_select util. I
 removed the deprecated cvs variant as well
