 I added a new feature to Pallet:
 You can now Filter the Ports for:  All, Installed, Outdated and Not
 installed

 Using the nice MGScopeBar: http://mattgemmell.com/2008/10/28/mgscopebar


 I've also done some minor changes like displaying Confirmation Dialog on
 stopping port process or Error Dialogs.
