Old description:

 Version 4.5.2 is out but the versions of Qt available in MacPorts cannot
 support it. Until they are tweaked/upgraded, KDE will sit at 4.4.5.

 I just received a set of patches from qt4's maintainer; I'll try them out
 and if that's working we'll be moving forward. Thanks for the patches
 here, too.
