 It looks like thrift port installs /etc/php.d/thrift_protocol.ini and
 /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/thrift.
 For Python module, you need to use PY_PREFIX to change the installation
 path. Others have similar ones.
 Please consult ./configure -h output and README.
