 ATpy does not depend on pywcs nor matplotlib so these can be removed as
 dependencies. In addition, ATpy *does* rely on numpy, so this needs to be
 added as a dependency. Finally, pyfits isn't strictly required for
 running, so not sure if it needs to be here? Maybe a variant (e.g. 'sumo')
 could be added that installs as many of the optional dependencies as
 possible?

 Note: I just submitted these ports but realized that you already did, so I
 will request that mine be closed. Feel free to add me as a maintainer on
 the various astro python packages you submitted if you want to share the
 load.
