 It was a disc space problem, I did run the installation again with 10 GB
 of free discspace:

 Commands:
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port clean eiffelstudio66
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 sudo port clean --all eiffelstudio66
 sudo port install eiffelstudio66

 Shell output for "sudo port install eiffelstudio66":

 --->  Fetching eiffelstudio66

 PATH=$PATH:$ISE_EIFFEL/studio/spec/$ISE_PLATFORM/bin:$GOBO/../spec/$ISE_PLATFORM/bin

 I assume, there are more than 1-2 GB needed during the installation
 process.
