 While testing a dependent port on Tiger, I found two build issues.  The
 attached patch allows evolution-data-server to build again.

   * build fails due to kerberos5 issues on Tiger. Patch disables krb5
 support on this platform for now.  A better fix may be to add a dependency
 on kerberos5 or heimdal but this allows it to build.

   * build fails for all OS versions after upgrade to gtk2 2.22 due
 to additional API deprecations. Solution is to drop GDK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED
 as a cflag in configure.ac
