 So "path:bin/qmake:qt4-mac" means: this dependency is satisfied if either,
 in this order: (1) ${prefix}/bin/qmake exists; if not, then: (2) qt4-mac
 is installed.  Yes, seeing a debug log would be helpful.  Could the OP
 please attach the "Log for py26-pyqt4"?
