 ksh93 was updated to 2010-06-21. The previous version (2010-03-09,
 revision 1) included a patch. The correction is now included in the main
 source. The patch is no longer needed and can be removed. My limited
 testing shows that the original issue now exists.

 I have included a patch to the Portfile.
