 A fix for this issue was checked in in r69884 (and some more recent).
 Please do:
 {{{
 sudo port clean liblastfm
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port install liblastfm
 }}}
 and verify that it works for you.  I can say that I have no problem
 installing this port on my 10.6.4 x86_64 laptop.
