 This patch updates libsdl_mixer-framework to the latest version 1.2.11.

 I also changed the portfile for libsdl_mixer-framework so that it will now
 build successfully against the libsdl-framework dependency.

 Resolves ticket #26608 and should also resolve ticket #14520.

 I have already built an app using the framework and everything seems to
 work well so far.
