 OK; should be fixed in r72875.  Please do:
 {{{
 sudo port clean doxygen
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port install doxygen +wizard [+other_variants]
 }}}
 and see if it works for you.  I'm closing this ticket as fixed, but please
 do reopen if the issue of this ticket is not resolved for you.
